Since we specialise in recruitment sourcing, we typically don't conduct face-to-face meetings with candidates. Instead, we conduct telephone interviews. As a result, your first actual face-to-face (or video) interview will be with HR or a manager at the recruiting company. This means you can save time and resources by not needing to take time off to meet us.

 

Our telephone interview can be conducted discreetly, either while you are in your office or outside normal working hours.
