This Privacy Policy addresses Henrison's handling of personal information.

This personal data policy is not exhaustive but contains important principles for Henrison's handling of personal data to ensure the privacy of individuals when handling personal data.

This personal data policy may be amended at any time to comply with applicable data protection legislation such as EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

 

2. Henrison's handling of personal data

 

2.1 Key concepts

Personal data is information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a physically living person. Examples of personal information are name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Processing of personal data includes all handling of personal data, for example; collection, analysis, registration and storage.

The person responsible for personal data is the person who alone or together with another person determines the purpose and means for the processing of personal data and who is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the processing takes place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

 

2.2 Personal data Henrison collects and the purpose of processing the data

Part of Henrison's activities involves sourcing and search for suitable candidates for positions that will be announced in the future. In these searches, public information that you have published on e.g. Linkedin is collected. The information is collected so that we can communicate with you and so that we can check your interest for certain positions. We make sure to keep you informed about our treatment of your data. The information we collect is name, title and contact information as well as what has emerged during our contacts with you. The data is collected in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.

The second part of Henrison's business involves that you e.g. in connection with an interview or test procedure, leave us a CV, personal letter, references, information during interviews and other information that you provide in connection with an employment procedure. This information is processed in order to be able to administer the recruitment procedure and to be able to use it in future recruitment procedures. For this information, we obtain your consent to the processing of personal data to the extent that we can not rely on any other legal basis for processing.

If we support our handling of your personal data on consent or a legitimate interest, you can let us know if you no longer want us to process your personal data.

 

2.3 Transfer of personal data

We never disclose the personal information that we collect through sourcing and research.

The information you provide to us when we contact you or during the hiring process may be handed over to Henrison's customers and partners to the extent that it is relevant to achieve the purposes for which the information in question has been collected. Henrison's processing of personal data takes place mainly in Sweden, Norway or within the EU / EEA. However, personal data may be transferred to and from third countries (non-EU or EEA countries) in cases where it is necessary to administer recruitment procedures.

 

2.4 Storage and deletion of personal data

Henrison has taken appropriate technical or organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised or unauthorised processing, destruction or alteration and to ensure that only personal data necessary for each specific purpose for which they were collected are processed.

Henrison removes personal information when we no longer use it or when you have announced that you no longer wish us to process your personal information. The criteria used to determine this period include whether Henrison or our affiliates / customers and you have an ongoing relationship and the purpose of the processing of personal data.

You have the following rights regarding our processing of your personal data: the right to register extracts, the right to be informed about the handling of your personal data, the right to delete or correct your personal data, the right to limit the processing of your personal data, the right to refuse processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the national Data Protection Authority regarding our handling of your personal data.
